There seems to be a trend among musicians regarding their feelings for presidential candidate, Donald Trump.

This time, Red Hot Chili Peppers‘ Flea joins the chorus of people who have no use for the antics of Donald Trump. According to an interview he recently did with Rolling Stone, Trump’s statements on immigration and terrorism are silly theater. “I don’t think he even believes what he says,” Flea says. “He’s just a product of, if you yell loud enough and bluster around enough, people are going to pay attention to you. He works the media and they love it. I’m hesitant to even discuss it because I just find it all to be really trivial.”

The bassist also has words for Trump’s republican rival. “Ted Cruz is a selfish, mean-spirited man. He’s taking millions of dollars from companies like Goldman Sachs and all these corporations and those are the people who are going to tell him what to do if he gets in office,” says Flea. “The NRA and big financial institutions are going to tell him what to do, and he’s going to do what they say because they’re the ones that own him.”
