Stacy Ireland, EMP, And AC/DC

What a great time we had at the EMP for the sold out show for the AC/DC exhibit and Hells Bells.
Tons of our loyal listeners showed up and walked  and talked with me. I want to Thank Everyone that came out and said hello and to all of the people I was not able to see, I had a great time meeting fellow lovers of classic rock and AC/DC. There were some great pieces of memorabilia there my favorite piece being Bon Scotts leather and the stations that were set up to listen and to and watch Interviews with the band.  I spoke with the curator of the exhibit Tim Fischer and asked him why Seattle and the EMP, according to him it was the one place in the country that had the best fit to showcase this awesome exhibit. – Stacy

“Developed and presented by the Arts Centre Melbourne and the Western Australian Museum in association with AC/DC, Albert Music, and Sony Music, this is the first and only fully-endorsed exhibition to bring to life the history, creativity, and power of one of the world’s greatest rock bands. The exhibition features more than 400 artifacts including photos, instruments, 35 years of gig posters from shows staged around the world, letters, lyrics, and costumes, including an extremely rare Angus Young schoolboy outfit and his 1975 home sewn ‘Super Ang’ costume, complete with gold and red satin cape.”
